What can SaltySun Rentals do for you?

Our services include:

Rental Management

We set up a VRBO.com listing which includes photographs of your property. We also compile a Rental Agreement and advertise your rental property by listing it on SaltySun Rentals' website. When your VRBO listing is published, we prepare your property for rental, handle all inquiries and reservations, secure a signed Rental Agreement and notify all interested parties of confirmed reservations.

We check in on guests upon arrival, cater to their needs for the duration of their stay and we keep owners updated on a regular basis.

Cleaning

We service your rental property with an initial deep cleaning to prepare your property for rental. The initial deep cleaning rate is determined upon inspection of the property and varies depending on the condition thereof. Subsequent cleanings are thorough and are provided upon the departure of guests in preparation for the arrival of new guests.

Laundry

We launder bed linens and bath/beach towels.

Maintenance

We undertake, upon owners approval, general maintenance required to provide a fully functional and comfortable beach rental for guests. We are available, upon request, to oversee any maintenance work performed by Pilar staff and/or independent vendors you choose to contract with.

Landscaping

We service outdoor garden spaces by caring, cleaning, pruning and beautifying your sanctuary. If additional garden areas need to be filled in, we have on hand a large variety of homegrown shrubs, succulents, trees and herbs. With the intention of encouraging xeriscaping in our region, our selection of flora has been carefully hand-picked to suit our Sonoran coastal desert climate. We guarantee exquisite results from our 'flora friends'.

On Call

We are available 24/7 to attend to all emergencies. As a complimentary service: we assess all units after heavy rains, especially during hurricane season (July - November), for leaks, flooding and internal/external damage. Owners are notified within 24 hours, if there is any damage to report.
